Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking. We also have a shuttle service to and from the Hilton Huntington if you'd rather leave the driving to us.

Yes! Shuttles will be available between the Hilton Long Island/Huntington and the venue. Shuttles to the venue will depart the hotel at ~4:30 PM and ~4:45 PM. At the end of the night, shuttles will begin departing the venue at 10:15 PM and will continue bringing guests to the hotel until ~11:30 PM.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:50 PM to get settled before we say "I do." If you're taking the shuttle, plan to catch the 4:30 PM or 4:45 PM departure from the Hilton Long Island/Huntington.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outdoors on the Lawn, with cocktail hour held under a covered area. The reception will be indoors.

You didn’t miss a thing! You will select your meal when you sit down at the reception. At that time, you will also be able to share any dietary restrictions or allergies.

All wedding guests are invited to join us for the welcome party! While we would love to see everyone there, it is completely optional.

Yes! There will be a wide selection of appetizers served as we kick off the wedding weekend.

Absolutely! The welcome happy hour is meant to be relaxed and come-and-go, so whether you can stay for three hours or twenty minutes, we'd love to see you.
